Hello Friends, Let me first introduce myself, my names is Dinesh, I am a professional Bodybuilding trainer and a Martial arts coach. Weight training and Martial arts can be considered as a form of sports and they both require strength training and weights plus isometric exercises. As in martial arts strength and definition enhanced certain functions in kicking and punching. And in bodybuilding the benefits of consistent strength training include an increase in muscle size and tone, increased muscle strength, and increases in tendon, bone, and ligament strength. Strength-training has also been shown to improve psychological health as well, by increasing self-esteem, confidence and self-worth.
In this age of fast food, labor saving devices, and heavy stress, putting on unwanted pounds is the price many of us pay for living an unhealthy lifestyle. As we all know, in addition to being a health hazard, those added pounds are highly visible. What most of us don't know is that there's another consequence to this butt-sitting, burger-munching lifestyle that's much less visible, yet even more dangerous.
