Basics of bodybuilding

Many people ask me about the food or diet suppliments, but as always i use to say this hundreds of times that first all of you need to concentrate on the basics of fitness rather looking for the shortcuts to get huge. many of them dont even have their goals set for them, n they dont even know what they are doing and where they are heading. so please consider bodybuilding as a regular subject where you have to study as well do the practicals to achieve and not the shortcuts or copying will work for you. eat good, eat healthy, eat fresh, eat more, eat quality, and push yourself beyond the limits, thats my formula to achieve your goals..
